Park West Plaza at 119 Agnes Street. Parkwest Plaza is an adult oriented building with age restrictions of 19+. The building is centrally located downtown close to shopping, entertainment and Skytrain. New roof in 2014, new boiler system in 2007 and new piping in 2006. 1 dog or cat allowed and 2 rentals allowed. Please refer to current bylaws as these are subject to change.
